My response to this year’s OzAsia Festival is an invitation to celebrate the interconnection within a community and people’s diversity of passion (like what we like to do!).

The illustration situates viewers to look over a group of cats, gathered to play, to share knowledge and to learn about the uniqueness of others. Each of the cats has their roles and interests; some bring in their creativity, shining bright on stage, expressing their stories and some are just there to explore, to observe and to enjoy their favourite bubble tea and dumplings.

Immersing in whatever the cats are inspired to do, they have come together to celebrate new encounters and experience under the beautiful sky, feeling the magical flow state.
